1 - Deliveries

The items ordered are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

The goods are then shipped by Colissimo with or without a signature. 

- For GB North (Northern Ireland and Scotland): 2-3 days.

- For GB South (England and Wales): 2 days. 

- For GB Islands and Highlands: 3 days.

Allforupholstery.com agrees to implement all means at its disposal to ship the ordered products within an average of 24 to 48 hours from the date of receipt of payment, except for products showing longer shipping times on our website. 

An indicative date of shipment will show for each product. Orders with products in stock are shipped on, or the next day of the order (from Monday to Friday).

Upon reception of the goods, it is up to the customer to check the delivery at its arrival, and to make any reserves or complaints which would seem justified if the delivered products are not in accordance in kind, quality or quantity with the specifications indicated in the delivery order.

If the product was not delivered eight days after the stated delivery date on the order confirmation email, for any reason other than "force majeur", the sale may be canceled and the customer may obtain restitution of the item's price to the exclusion of any other compensation, damages or interests. Considered as "force majeure" releasing the seller from its obligation to deliver are: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied by the manufacturer or wholesaler.

All For Upholstery reserves the right make partial deliveries in view of stock availability. Packaging and shipping fees are those indicated on the order. 

For large size orders, All For Upholstery reserves the right to appeal to a carrier.

2 - Delivery Costs

The shipping cost is based on the total weight and size of the order as well as the country of destination. 

     The shipping cost is indicated in the shopping cart display. It is automatically updated when an item is added to the cart and / or when the quantities are changed.      

The default displayed shipping costs are calculated by sending the goods to the United Kingdom. To get the shipping cost for a different country, simply change the destination and the cart will update itself. 


3 - Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the customer has 14 days from the delivery date to return any merchandise to All For Upholstery, if an ordered product does not suit him.     

The approved products with a manufacturing defect which does not allow normal use may give rise to an exchange. 

Products returned by the customer must imperatively meet the following terms and conditions: 

     1 - Before any return, the customer must contact All For Upholstery by email to:                             contact@allforupholstery.com, stating the reason for the return, and to get an return authorisation. 

     2 - The preparation and product return costs are borne by the customer, as well as risks related to the return.              As part of the withdrawal right, the initial shipping costs are also borne by the customer.

     3 - The products returned must be in absolutely perfect condition and in their original packaging. Items returned            incomplete or damaged will not be accepted. 

     4 - All products subject to bespoke sizes, i.e.: fabrics, foams and trimmings in particular, are excluded from the        scope of the right of withdrawal and return.

      For those products, only the obvious default case found and accepted by All For Upholstery may lead to an             exchange.

     In the event that the conditions set out in the steps from 1-5 were followed, All For Upholstery is committed to          either:
     - Exchange the defective item within 14 days; 
     - Refund the amount of the item purchased within 30 days;
     - Issue a credit note equivalent to the amount of the item purchased within 10 days.  

4 - Carrier

After confirming your order, All For Upholstery will offer you a selection of carriers depending on the weight and dimensions of the package. 

The cost of each carrier will be displayed next to the name as well as the estimated transit time for the package to be delivered. 

For the customer to be delivered in the best conditions possible, All For Upholstery reserves the right to select the best carrier if different to the one chosen, without surcharge for the customer.

This decision takes into account the total weight of the order as well as its dimensions against other carriers limited options. 

5 - Specifications for British overseas Territories, Commonwealth and British Crown Dependencies. 

For the dispatch to those destinations, the additional shipping cost can be added based upon the dimensions of your order.

You have the option to accept the extra fee or to cancel your order with a refund.

In the event of this happening, you will be contacted by email with the necessary details. In those cases, we will contact you via email.
