Any order addressed to All For Upholstery by any means, implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions. It is up to each customer, as well as retail and trade, to learn about the terms and conditions of All For Upholstery before ordering.
All For Upholstery's responsibility cannot be engage in case of non-compliance of a foreign country where the product is delivered to.
In case of a dispute, the French courts will be the only qualified and relevant tribunal.
Should a dispute arise between All For Upholstery and a third party, Lille's Tribunal is the only applicable one and will have exclusive jurisdiction.
4 - Products Presentation
We endeavour to ensure that all information and material on the website allforupholstery.com is accurate. Photographes do not enter in the contractual field. All For Upholstery does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions introduced in the website.
All materials (text and photographes) presented on All For Upholstery's website are reserved for the entire world. All For Upholstery is the owner or licensee of all intellectual rights in our site, and in the material published on it. All reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden without All For upholstery's formal agreement. As well, any set up of hypertext links to our website without authorisation of our company's legal advisor is formally forbidden.
5 - Special Offers validity
The products are for sale whilst our suppliers show stock availability. In the case an ordered product has become unavailable, All For Upholstery will not be held responsible and the customer will be informed of this unavailability as quickly as possible by email or fax.
6 - Products Prices
The website shows prices in pound sterling inclusive of taxes, but exclusive of shipping fees. Both amounts of VAT and postage will appear on the screen before confirmation of the order at the end of the order's confirmation.
All For Upholstery reserves the right to change prices at the time of the order at any time. The products ordered are invoiced at the applicable price at the time of the order being recorded.
VAT is liable for all orders placed on All For Upholstery. Only residents from Switzerland and overseas territories, as well as companies in the Euro Zone communicating their VAT number, will be exempt from VAT. Customs taxes and any duties and taxes remain entirely at the customer's responsibility.
7 - Orders
The customer validates his order when activating the "CONFIRM ORDER" link at the bottom of the page "STEP 3 VALIDATION".
He therefore accepts the process of ordering, along with the present General Conditions of Sale. The client receives a first automated confirmation of the order by email, which will include the products details. A second email is sent once the order has been processed by All For Upholstery with estimated delivery date. A third email will be sent on the day of shipping with estimated times.
All data is recorded by All For Upholstery as proof of nature, content, and date of the order. This is then archived by All For Upholstery, and the client can access this filing by contacting Customer Services Relations by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
For all faxed orders from companies , only proformas or quotes which are signed and stamped with the companies' details will be treated.

9 - Returns and Refunds
In association with prestigious partners, allforupholstery.com offers you high quality products. Perhaps, despite our best efforts, the customer is not fully satisfied and wants to return the order. In this case, All For Upholstery will proceed to the client's request under those conditions:
Under The Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return any merchandise except items cut to size or bespoke / made to order products. For these products, only the obvious default case found will be accepted by All For Upholstery and may result in exchange.
All returns must be notified to the Sales Office within 14 days of receipt of the order. After this period of 14 days, items cannot be returned to or exchanged with our suppliers unless there is a proven manufacturing defect. In this case, we will proceed to a full refund of the item and the initial delivery cost is to be borne by the customer.
Condition: The item MUST be kept in its original package.
Exception : The return postage will be paid by All For Upholstery upon return of defective products received, or delivery of the wrong item received. Refund of these expenses will be made after receiving the product. The refund or exchange of the defective item will then be processed within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the item. After this time, it is up to the customer to contact the Customer Service to obtain satisfaction. The customer can be refunded in the form of voucher or bank transfer.
10 - Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, the political and social context, as well as climatic conditions. All For Upholstery can not be held responsible for the late delivery of your goods in the event of supply difficulties. The customer will ask the carrier or contact our Customer Service. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer when ordering. In the case that the items should be delivered separately, All For Upholstery will notify the customer by email with the summary of the order and the details of each shipment.
The parcel will be deemed non delivered 30 days after its expedition by All For Upholstery.
11 - Data Protection
This policy covers the use of personal information collected by All For Upholstery, when you subscribe to our newsletter, or place an order on our website. Those details are safely stored in our files unique to All For Upholstery, so we are able to process your order and establish a professional relationship within the "CNIL" regulations. They can be transferred to our suppliers and carriers in the unique fonction to help processing your orders. You can refuse to have those details passed on by writing to our Head Office.
12 - Reserve of property
Items sold on All For Upholstery's website remain All For Upholstery's property until all paiements of those items have been received.
